East and West Coast Wealth Management Hires For Morgan Stanley

Morgan Stanley has been expanding its wealth management business in the US with new hires. Angus Miller joins the Short Hills, New Jersey office from Merrill Lynch, while in California, Don Garman joins the Pleasanton office, also from Merrill Lynch. In Folsom, California, Cary Allison joins from Wachovia, reporting to the branch manager, Russell Martinez.
